I am very pleased with this product. It is quite effective, while also gentle acting. So many are effective, but way too harsh! I put it in my water first thing in the morning; there is no grit or taste. I'm grateful to have found this wonderful formulation! I just set it up on 'Subscribe & Save'.

I’ve used this product twice, and wow! Since I don’t have a gallbladder, it can be hard for me to eat certain foods when I’m out. After just two uses, I’ve noticed I can enjoy foods without that sudden urgency to use the restroom. I love being able to go out without worrying, and I’ll definitely be bringing this with me when I travel.

Helped me to get enough fiber and was recommenas a sub for those who had gut issues.

By all means, not a terrible supplement. I am sure this would REALLY help someone. For me? Just decent. I found 2'-FL, arabinogalactan, and psyllium husk more beneficial for their price.
