Love, love this!!! Never had Ceylon Cinnamon before, but after doing some research, I realized I was using the wrong cinnamon for all the health benefits the right cinnamon gives... in fact, apparently having too much of the Cassia Cinnamon if taken regularly could outweigh any health benefits because of what I just learned.Cassia (NOT Ceylon) contains Coumarin, which can be toxic, because Cassia cinnamon (again, not Ceylon) is a very rich source of coumarin. And what I learned is, I could have been harming myself, because I was easily using 2+ teaspoons per day of Cassia; and apparently Exceeding the upper limit for coumarin is easily possible if you are consuming a lot of Cassia cinnamon. In many cases, just 1-2 teaspoons could bring someone over the daily limit of coumarin. YIKES!! So I'm so so glad, while I was searching for more organic cinnamon here on Amazon, that this listing popped up... And it intrigued me to look into Ceylon further, as I had NEVER heard of it before... WOW! Am I glad I found this listing.. bad batch , overwhelming chemical flavor but the Seller and manufacturer treated me good.

I opened the bag and there was zero cinnamon smell, I have no idea what this stuff is. I had thrown the packaging out so I didn't contact the seller, my fault.

Better Than Usual Store-bought Saigon Cinnamon
Use this in applesauce to lower my blood pressure and it works!Doctor made a note when I told him this. My B/P is now far better than it was. I use it with organic no-sugar added applesauce for my health.

Great product lousy packaging
Great product. Hate the packaging. For the quantitynofnthisnproductnit needsnnot be in a bag that can turnover and spill. A BPS free screw top container would be much better. I had to transfer my Ceylon cinnamon into another container so I can use it easily.

Don't buy!
I am old enough to know how Ceylon cinnamon looks, smells and tastes. This one looks like a saw dust with some kind of fiber and smells like a wall paint. Seriously. I tried a pinch of this so called Ceylon cinnamon anyway and it gave me stomach cramps. A pile of garbage in a beautiful packing. This product should not be sold on Amazon. What a waste of money. Don't buy.

Tasting and smelling chimic
I had to throw this because it was smelling and tasting chimic!I messed up a cake because I put a mall teaspoon of this.I couldn't ship it back because I live in Mexico. I use a shipping company to get stuff down here and I have to pay extra so it it very upsetting when you get crap!

Disgusting
I don’t know what the heck this is. I opened the bag and smelled...lacquer? Paint? I don’t know. What I do know is that it smells nothing like Ceylon cinnamon. Very disappointed.
