The packaging was easy to open, but the chain did come with a small knot (which wasn't a big deal, very easy fix). I've worn this necklace since the day I got it in mid December (yes, even in the shower) and I haven't had an issue since. The clasp rarely ever leaves the back of my neck which is a huge plus for me. I wear it when bathing and the chain is still perfect, no rust or gross residue on my neck. And it's also survived my constant tossing and turning during the night, which is honestly impressive. These were exactly what I was looking for! High quality, cable chain, and the perfect thickness! Delicate but not too thin that they look like they will break at any moment. The arrived in cute little boxes too. Mine were a bit tangled on arrival, but it was very easy to de-tangle them and they weren't damaged at all by it. I ordered 2 lengths, one 17" the other 24" and they both are great.
