We purchased this product for my grandmother. Fortunately for her, we were there to assist with the setup and field the dozens of fraudulent delinquency calls that followed. We were regularly paid up on the monitoring fee; however, multiple times a month we would receive calls from spoofed local numbers, the number was always different, saying they were with Medical Guardian and that we were behind on payments. Eventually, we were able to be transferred to a manager who agreed and would put us, a paying client, on a "Do Not Call" list and they would offer free months of service. But, the calls would come again the next month. How do you put a client on a "Do Not Call" list? And better yet, WHY do you have a "Do Not Call" list for clients? You can draw your own conclusions. Again, fortunately for our grandmother, she had someone looking out for her and preventing any opportunities for her to be taken advantage of.

My mother would not use this after a recent fall. It was too obvious and she felt self conscious. Needed something smaller.
