Baby glow eye cream, just got my order. no clear cover on my jar. applied on clean skin all around eyes and it is stinging. is this normal?

This product irritated my eyes as well so I returned it...I really like the Pacifica brand but this just did not work for me...

Does the eye cream have a seal? No seal on my eye cream bottle

I received the eye cream without a seal, freaked out, sent it back, ordered it directly from Pacifica…no seal. Now, I will say the one I received the from company was nicely compacted in the jar, while the one I ordered from Amazon was sort of wonky and sideways in the jar — almost like the jar was re-filled, maybe??? But if it comes nicely packed in the jar you be good to go, even if it’s unsealed.
