Just out of 2 year warranty…….. ice maker kaput! £110 call out + parts for this fridge freezer costing nearly TWO GRAND! And apparently a common fault…. AVOID!

Poor quality from Bosch
We have owned this product for 18 months and have had 3 engineer repair visits for an appliance purchased new - much poorer quality than our previous similar model Bosch. Apart from poor build quality, there are other problems. First, the fridge is very cold in some spots, but warmer in others so no consistency. Second, the water dispenser does not cool water due to a small storage tank so you need to add ice if you want cool water. Third, the freezer/icemaker makes loud noises periodically. We may end up scrapping it and buying a different brand (one not owned by Bosch) - beware of buying this model!

Great Fridge freezer but with a caveat
A very nice American style fridge freezer with lots of space for any family. Comes with an ice maker and water dispenser, which are very handy. I would have given it 5 stars apart from the fact that the internal water filter has to be changed every 6 months or 945 litres, whichever comes first, you will be stung to the tune of £75 as you can only buy them from Bosch.....no aftermarket filters currently available for this model. I think this is very cynical if Bosch and for this reason alone it loses one star in this review....
