Before this product my cat used to drink out of the tap which wasn’t the cleanest water. After getting this gadget they have been enjoying their drink from the mini fountain. Best Buy!

The last water feeder I previously ordered was very noisy and the pump stopped working only after several months.This Catit water fountain is so quiet and is really a cute design. So far love it.

I absolutely LOVE this fountain and most importantly, so do my kitties. I can’t even tell you how many fountains I’ve bought over the years. Probably at least 10. They either, 1. The pump gives out after a month or two, 2. Kitties won’t use it (they are spoiled and picky) 3. Hard to clean, etc. etc…. This my friends, first off, it’s the cutest fountain I’ve seen. It works great. So easy to clean! Not only are the nose and whiskers super cute, but they act as a water gauge as well. I love that it has a light on the pump so at night the nose and whiskers have a soft light illuminating, kind of like a night light. For our senior kitties that really helps. When the water gets super low the light will turn red. It’s so easy to clean, doesn’t have a million parts to take apart and put back together. The replacement filters (name brand of course) aren’t expensive at all. Also, you can have the water come out three different ways. Long story short, I love it, but most importantly, my fur babies love it!!

Very good product. I have no complaints. Discovered 2 of my cats were getting chin acne so I bought the stainless steel plate for the top and everyone is healthy and happy now. Easy to clean, quiet, super cute.

We had a large ceramic cat fountain I finally threw out. It was a $%$& to clean. It had too much open water areas, and the two filter system couldn't keep up with all the hair and dust that fell into it. We went for a while without fountain, but one of our two cats was a reluctant drinker. So I finally caved and got myself this Pixie fountain, and I'm super happy with it. The first cat took it up right away, but for our older cat it took a couple of weeks of me moving a water dish closer and closer to the new fountain (which I placed a couple of meters away from the food). Now they are both happy drinkers, which is so good for their health. The fountain is super easy to clean, and although it's only plastic, I much prefer it over the ceramic one. The plastic is so much easier to keep clean, and there is no lime build-up. The filters are cheap and work great to keep the water clean. It's a bit difficult to fill because it easily splills over when you do, but I can live with that. The only problem is that if the water is too low to be pumped up, the cats have no access to water. Same if there is a power outage. There is only a puddle they can drink from and once that's used up, the water is locked away. For that, there is no remedy. While the fountain holds almost 2 L of water, only half of that can actually be pumped up, because the hose that connects the pump to the spout is so low. I am trying to find the same type of hose to make the pump hang a bit lower in the water but so far no luck. That said, even with these negatives, this is the best water fountain we have ever used. We love that it shows us when the water is low, we love that it's so quiet, we love that it keeps the water clean and we love the spout that dispenses the water, because our cats love that the most.

I have a dog and a cat and both animals prefer this fountain over other water dishes. It's nice and quiet, works as a nightlight, has a cute design and doesn't hurt the wallet. I recommend it to everyone now.
