Asking the question of too large or too small doesn't cover the fact that it's both. If you're looking for a hoodie that will keep all the wind out of your neck, this it the one. The head hole is child-sized, so your face stops the wind by emerging from the hood hole like an uncircumsized penis. The bottom of the garment is wide enough to be a dress, so not worthy of leaving untucked, but also too short to tuck in. I don't even know what this is. It's not a hoodie. It's a torso dress with sleeves and a hood. Allegedly for men.

Warning !!! They call it an athletic hoodie sweatshirt solid colour fleece pullover.Its actually not fleece and a better description would be cheap t-shirt material. Paper thin and of very poor quality. I would not recommend this garbage to anyone.
