Does the same tube fit 38- 43c tire or are there seperate tube sizes in this listing? I dont see how to select the 700×38C that i need.

The same tube fits multiple wheels. I needed the 700x38C and this was a perfect fit. Just follow the instructions on the box.

it's a pressure you should not exceed. Most tires will have this printed on the side wall. for bike tires it's normally 60 PSI, but you need to check the tire and tube.
