Best toothpaste I've ever used in my life of 34yrs
I wish I would have known about this toothpaste earlier in life. I recently started researching toothpaste alternatives because my gums were hurting in multiple spots and I was starting to get tooth pains in the middle of one of my back teeth. I started brushing with Elims 3 days ago and all 3 spots where my gums hurt have magically healed. I have not felt any pain in the tooth where I had pain previously. Gaps in my gums are starting to fill in. Generally speaking, my teeth health overall has increased a ton in just 3 days of brushing at 3x a day. I love the taste. Very natural sweet taste with a small subtle hint of mint. Very likeable taste when compared to other brand toothpaste that is overly minty and tastes of chemicals. Previously I was using Crest 3D white. I was brushing just as frequent 2-3x daily. My gum pain and tooth pain just kept increasing. I was also using alcohol free mouthwash and flossing 3x a day.

Impressive Nano-Hydroxyapatite Toothpaste – A Game Changer for Sensitivity!
If you’ve landed here after using Boka, you’re not alone! While I have no issues with Boka, I couldn’t justify the price for less than 10% nano-hydroxyapatite. That’s why I switched to this brand, and I’m genuinely impressed. I was sceptical about the lavender mint flavour, but to my surprise, it’s actually quite pleasant! As well as smelled strong enough to curb any bad odour. For those unfamiliar, nano-hydroxyapatite (nHA) is a fantastic alternative to fluoride, especially if you struggle with tooth sensitivity, enamel erosion, or exposed roots due to gum recession. The nano form allows it to penetrate tiny cracks and help remineralise and repair enamel and dentin loss caused by age or health issues. However, it’s important to remember that this doesn’t replace regular dental check-ups and professional cleanings! If your teeth are already in good shape with no ongoing sensitivity, a standard hydroxyapatite (HA) toothpaste may be all you need for maintenance. But if you're debating between HA and nHA, I’d suggest researching the benefits of each before deciding. - My Experience with Post-Treatment Sensitivity After undergoing root scaling and planing for moderate to severe periodontal disease (levels 3-7), I developed intense sensitivity, pain, and shocking sensations about six days post-treatment. My usual Boka toothpaste and a newly prescribed fluoride toothpaste weren’t helping. For two weeks, I suffered from numbing, electric-like pain on different areas of my upper teeth. Desperate for relief, I decided to try this nano-hydroxyapatite toothpaste—and I’m so glad I did! - Day 1: I still needed painkillers, but the discomfort was noticeably reduced. - Day 2: I was able to cut down my Nurofen intake. - By 96 hours (4 days): I felt like my normal self again! My teeth were also whitening! 🙌🏼 For best results, I recommend waiting at least 30 minutes before smoking, vaping, or drinking anything after brushing. Since this toothpaste contains 10% nano-hydroxyapatite, you’ll want to maximise its effectiveness. If cravings hit hard, I sometimes wait 15 minutes before vaping, but ideally, the longer, the better. Overall, this toothpaste exceeded my expectations in both functionality, smell, taste and effectiveness —definitely worth the switch! I hope my review was helpful. 🥹

Optimized for remineralizing teeth.
Has all the prerequisites for a good Nano Hydroxyapatite toothpaste for remineralizing teeth, without the bad taste of mint toothpaste. The Nano Hydroxyapatite is the correct size and shape and percentage for maximizing the product's benefits based on my research of the topic.

I HAD HIGHER EXPECTATIONS.
I have to admit when I ordered this toothpaste I had higher hopes, because the flavor description sounded intriguing. It was so mild though that even the pickiest child would find it tolerable. It also was a very thin toothpaste. I had to move fast to get it from toothbrush to teeth without it slipping off the brush so that was annoying. I like the clean ingredients used so that was a plus. I didn't notice that it did anything amazing or much in whitening, probably because I only used it for a few weeks, not much seemed to be in the tube. Also the tube is a very thick type of plastic that springs back to it's original shape with every squeeze so it's kind of hard to manage with arthritic hands to get it out onto the brush & figure how much is still in the tube. I thought about cutting the tube with a scissors to try to scoop out the thin paste , but I had lost interest in it and tossed it out.

Not so tasty
Update 11/13 I’ve been using this toothpaste for a few weeks now and I’ll say the flavor has grown on me. I still don’t find it so tasty but it’s not as bad as I originally thought. Can’t speak to the effectiveness other than general cleaning but am crossing my fingers that a couple places we are watching will not get worse! Original I’ve been using Boka, which I love, but thought I’d try something else to see if it is any better. I was a little unsure of the lavender flavor because I also use essential oils and lavender oil doesn’t smell good like lavender fragrance, and tastes about as bad. Well ... I was right to be hesitant. While the taste is not overpowering, I definitely wouldn’t call it good. It might not be as bad if the other flavors were slightly stronger and the lavender was left in the background. I do like the healing properties of lavender and hope it has a positive effect on my mouth so I overlook the taste for that reason. As far as the paste itself ... it’s fairly runny compared to any other tooth paste I’ve ever used, natural or otherwise. It does suds up well and gives me that typical toothpaste feeling while brushing. It makes me feel like it’s getting in between my teeth well where my tooth brush might not reach. I can’t speak to effectiveness yet as I’ve just started using it, but I’m hoping to be able to put off, if not eliminate the need for a filling and hopefully prevent new cavities in the future. I was born with a mouth full of bad teeth so just trying to do what I can to avoid more dental work!

Seems to work. I like that it has 10% nano-hydroxyapatite compared to a lot of other brands, as well as baking soda. My only concern would be the glycerin and sorbitol in the product. I heard glycerin could potentially coat the teeth and prevent re-mineralization and the sorbitol could’ve easily been replaced with more xylitol
