Plug broken and incompatible
I ordered this mirror for my daughter’s birthday and whilst it is a lovely mirror, the plug that comes with it does not fit the port properly, it worked for a few minutes then broke. It doesn’t push in properly and subsequently is incompatible with the mirror and feels unsafe. Luckily I had a spare plug from a reputable brand with a similar connector that fits perfectly and feels much safer. Would have returned if it wasn’t a present.
