I got this because I guess I had become so accustomed to my phone alarms that I was sleeping through them in the morning. It works. Old school hammer whacking between two bells full force scared the living hell out of me the first morning. I bolted out of bed like the place was on fire, my heart pounding from the mental whiplash of going from 0 to 90 in the split second it took me to levitate across the room to shut this thing off. Indeed I was awake. I have since placed two small pieces of electrical tape directly where the hammers hit the bells and it really helps to bring it down a notch, still loud and effective but doesn’t sound like a vintage fire truck is in your room.

My granddaughter is a server at a local family restaurant and she has to be up and out early on those days that she is scheduled to open the restaurant. We have an issue in this house that causes the breaker for her bedroom outlets to lose power when the dishwasher and the microwave oven are used at the same time, and of course I did use them both, the breaker popped and her iPhone alarm ran out of power and juice, so it failed to go off. Of course I got the blame for that, so I bought this alarm clock because it is loud, battery powered and it is not dependent upon the power in her room to stay on. It has worked as advertised and I am most appreciative of that fact so that she will no longer have me as an excuse!!! "tongue in cheek remark folks" She doesn't actually get on my case about it, but she did wake up late that day as a result of the power failure due to the breaker tripping, (like it is supposed to do!).

The clock was just as expected. Works great. The only thing I did not like was the alarm goes off early. It's hard to get the alarm hand at the exact time. All in all though I love it.

This thing wakes up the whole house... pets included! It's simple and my 10 year old uses it to be up in time for school everyday.

This works for my intended purposes. It is loud, it is simple, and it works. The battery it came with died after about a month, time will tell how long the current one will last, so I recommend having a back up. But it serves it's purpose.

Worked great for about six months and then the second arm fell off the clock. It’s still works, and everything just the second arm is stuck inside.

Nice clock, and price. VERY LOUD alarm which is exactly what I wanted. I am a very deep sleeper and needed something loud and obnoxious to wake me up.

I love this alarm clock. I’m a heavy sleeper - one of those that has alarms set for every 5 minutes on my phone - and this little clock is so loud it makes my soul jump out of my body every morning. My neighbor can hear it. My neighbors in another building can hear it if I have my bedroom window open. Seriously, buy this. You WILL NOT sleep through it!!!!!!!!!

You know time management is a precise one , but now a days mobile or a digital gadgets taking our time we can see this in our world ... This clock will manage my time properly, the size of the clock is small but it play's a crucial role in my life, quality was good but time & alarm adjustment pin looks poor ... Otherwise overall quality was good 👍

battery will not last long because alarm ring takes lots of current to ring.
