Mine came out perfect. I adjusted the recipe slightly for altitude, by activating the yeast for 5 minutes and adding one teaspoon of turbinado sugar to the yeast water.

This was an easy to use mix and directions were easy to follow. But the best part was how delicious the bread tasted. Just the perfect amount of caraway seeds.

Very easy to use in a Zojirushi Breadmaker. I followed the directions exactly. Great taste. Great texture. Great color. Just like the rye bread Mom bought for Sunday and holiday occasions. I am neither a good cook nor a good baker. However, the mix was almost fool proof. Highly recommend. A little on the pricey side. But, no longer available at the local grocery store.

I have used bread mixes a lot. I was surprised at how well this turned out. Easy to prepare following my bread machine instructions. Delicious will purchase again.

I've made three (3) loaves ina Zojirushi bread machine (white bread setting and medium crust). All have come out great. HINT: I cut the cost of shipping by ordering several per order. Shipping cost for seven (7) was the same as for one (1) bread mix. The bread mix has a long shelf life.
