I want to share something with you because I have seen many comments that the diode does not give them continuity and they think it is bad, but this diode is high voltage and is not going to give them continuity, what's more if it gives you continuity this high voltage diode would be bad .. there I left you a photo of how to test this type of diode like a 9V battery, it should give less voltage between 5 and 6 V .. that is to say that the diode is good and surely yours too

Microwave Diode replacement
As was stated you can not check the condition of this high voltage diode with a DVM, it will read bad even though it's GOOD. I replaced the diode and capacitor and my 44 year old Sanyo Microwave is up and running.Wonderful. Thank you.
