1yr> old and already stopped blowing hot air.
Purchased this blow dryer June 2023. I barely use it or the straighter I bought from them at the same time. Love the design and how soft the dryer feels!! However; about 2-3 months ago it stopped blowing hot air. Not sure how to contact the seller, but I was wondering if there was a fuse I need to replace or what I should do to get it working again. (No the reset or test button does not resolve the issue)

Pretty but ….
The power and heat switches are located where you hold the dryer and you are constantly accidentally changing the temperature or turning the dryer off. Also the marbling look is a plastic wrap which bubbled and came off with time.

Motor died
I liked it at first but the motor died after less than a year of using it about once a week. Very disappointed.
