I’ve been ordering for a little over a year and a half now. I am really happy with this children’s multivitamin as well as the vitamin D + K supplement. It’s affordable, made with clean ingredients, and I especially appreciate that it’s a chewable and not a gummy—so much better for dental health and no added sugars. I absolutely love the Zahler brand of vitamins. I've purchased them on other websites for years and just discovered that I can get them here cheaper. Score! I love saving money. I got this D3 & K2 supplement for my 15 year old son. Over the years, I've become a bit of a vitamin guru trying to keep everyone in the house healthy. It's been especially important with this kid. He's CONSTANTLY growing!! He's actually going through a growth spurt right now. When that happens, he needs even more D3 & K2 than he normally would. He also plays lacrosse, so they're of the utmost importance to reduce the risk of him breaking a bone. Quick medical tidbit - When looking at how your bones grow there's a bone health triangle that includes calcium, vitamin D3 and K2. They are all essential while kids and teens are growing. Here's how the triangle works. Vitamin D3 helps the body absorb calcium and K2 activates the proteins that put the calcium into the bones to prevent them from weakening. So if you're low on D3, your body isn't fully absorbing calcium and without enough K2 the proteins aren't fully activated. Both affect how well calcium does its job. OK, teaching moment is over. 🤣 My son loves the peach flavor of these chewables. I know he's a little old for chewables, but he has trouble swallowing pills, so chewables it is. I love that Zahler uses only the highest quality ingredients. They're non-GMO, gluten free and certified Kosher. The best thing is that they're manufactured in the US in a certified facility, so I can rest easy knowing that they're safe to give to my family. I also take their vitamins. I wish there were more than 5 stars, because all of Zahler's products deserve much higher than that.
