Worth every dollar when your trying not ruin your wallet using other products like tailwind or sketch. Weigh it out, mix your own ratio with fructose and any flavorings and electrolytes you desire. Dissolves better with warm water and for the price you cant beat the quality and carbs you get.

Great addition to my electrolyte water. Will keep you going for longer on thise long rides. It has not taste Use a frotter wand to dilute it completely in your water/electrolyte mix.

This works great for Canna powder. I mix my herbs with oil and add to this to make a powder. It dissolves great in a warm liquid. No smell or taste. Great value for the price. I will buy more.
