STATTIQ M200 Smart Lock, Electronic Keypad Single Cylinder Deadbolt

If only I could give this ZERO stars. Do not waste your time, energy, and money. First of all, this product arrived to us without instructions. Should have been a red flag. We waiting several days to receive the instructions from the company and then went to install. We installed the lock and did everything exactly according to the instructions and it does NOT work. Not only this, but the holes are so unique to this specific lock to the point that we may need to replace our whole front door. This is the door to an AirBnb that we run, so it also caused us to lose money from being able to book guests while we figured out this fiasco over the past two days. I anticipated install being swift enough to do between guests, and it turns out this could not have been further from the reality. Even the keys don't work on the lock. The only way we managed to get the lock to work was when we had it plugged in by a mini USB cable. It can only work though WHILE it is plugged in, so obviously UNUSABLE. Incredibly frustrating to say the very least.

I purchased 3 locks for a client whose home I was building. None of the locks worked unless plugged into the charger so it was decided to purchase 3 additional locks and return the original 3. The new 3 locks did not work either unless plugged into the charger. A lack of documentation made it impossible to troubleshoot except through the seller. After multiple emails and physically taking apart the locks it was determined they were shipped without the internal battery. All the locks had Quality Checked stickers leaving me to believe they were not inspected.Also, these locks are mortise locks and locating a lock to replace these is of course more expensive. Some of the feedback on the locks indicates they are easy to install which would only be true if the existing lock is mortise and not a double bore for a latch and deadbolt. The description for the lock does not reveal this.

Ok, I have no idea where all these good reviews came from, unless people are getting paid for this. I had this professionally installed, that was the easy part.Now, the bad:1.- The 3 keys DO NOT WORK.2.- The battery is completely dead. I have a micro USB cable attached to it so that I can use it.3.- Since the hole for the latch is so different from the rest, now no other lock will fit my door.And, of course, I can't leave my front door without a lock now.Ah, right, how do I contact the seller? When I'm at my orders, I have no way to contact them.

I am this type of person who always forgets to bring the keys and I am not sure why but for most times, it’s the keys that I always forget to have. Anyhow, my brother suggested that I purchase a keypad door lock instead as it will fit me well given with my situation lol So, it really worked great for me and I have never thanked my brother so much for suggesting this to me.
