The branding shines through too much. It is just epsom salt. It is not like there is one for plants and one for bathing. Branding it is. I usually dip feet in this mgso4 water and it restores the Mg levels in my body. Read the book The Magnesium Miracle and then buy epsom salt. Mg is a laxative and Mg supplements generally get flushed out and are not absorbed by the body. Or if absorbed, they cause loose motion. Epsom salt is better as it regulates the intake of Mg and the Mg is absorbed nicely in the form of mg+2 ions. But since the legs aren't absorbing all the water at once, mg+2 ions are like a slow drip. I like it cz it gives the body a chance to use the Mg wisely. Remember that the energy produced in body is through the production of ATP molecule in the liver. This process is dependent on Mg. Without Mg, you will be lethargic all the time. Different types of fungi and bacteria bring minerals to the roots of plants and trees. In exchange, they receive carbs, organic acids and sugars from the roots. In modern agriculture, tilling the soil and using pesticides, fungicides, weedicides have killed soil life so our food has very little minerals (including magnesium) nowadays. This is a literal slap on people who say "organic vorganic kuch naa hota." Organic food is everything. But one must grow from native seeds. All in all, we eat food nowadays which is devoid of minerals. Thus, I recommend buying epsom salt for overall health. Also, Mg cures autoimmune diseases if you also take vit d3 from sunlight.
