Popping Blackheads yeah...
Cool an gross. Blackheads are inserts that go into the skin-like base. It's fun, but it's not really like popping a pimple, it's like squeezing out hard black-heads. Fun, but not 100% what I wanted. I give it 4.5 stars instead of a full five. Still, great value for the money, and although my wife won't ADMIT to liking it, it keeps her away from my back, which makes it a net-positive. Glad to have it and won't be returning it, even if it wasn't an absolutely perfect fit for what I was looking for.

Don't waste your money
If I could give this no stars I would. Very cheaply made and not satisfying to play with like they claim it to be. Kinda disappointed honestly.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ Funny but Not What I Expected
It’s a fun idea, but the blackheads feel more like tiny nail-like pieces instead of realistic pimples, which makes it a little weird to pop. The twister tool that comes with it doesn’t really grip or pull the blackheads out well, so it’s hard to use. It’s okay for a quick laugh or stress relief, but not very satisfying overall.

...the 'blackheads' were stiff hard plastic so attempting to extract was difficult because the tweezers kept slipping off...it should have been the same consistency as the ear part...definitely a one and done kinda thing...gag gift for sure!

Best toy ever
I love this item. I bought it for myself as a gag gift and now I sit on the toilet for hours and play with this.
