What do you use to organize and hang the balloons?

I used balloon ribbons and attach balloon weights at the bottom of ribbons. like the ballon shops use

Can you deflate these balloons and reuse them?

Yes if you’re careful when deflating

Has anyone tried to resume these balloon? It says in the descriptions they are reusable

I haven't tried exactly, but I have topped up with helium once they have started to go down which is essentially the same. Do to let them down you would just insert the straw into the valve (which kind of self seals) to let the air out. I'm not sure if with each use you would get less and less time out of them though? But filling them with air for kids to kick about / to hang works a treat and they last ages.

Does this come with a straw

No they didn’t filled from helium canister
