This particular brand doesn’t seem to be available in the UK and so it came all the way from Amazon US. Really happy with how smooth it’s arrival went. Exactly like ordering from Amazon UK but took 1.5 weeks rather than a day or so. And these towels were definitely worth the wait! Absolutely stunning quality and weave! Super soft, beautiful colours. I personally only buy Turkish towels now as Bath and beach towels because the are so light weight and so quick to dry! No more damp towels hanging around or feeling freezing cold after a shower in winter.

I love Turkish towels but I am glad i had some from another place otherwise I will definitely not be into them. I recently purchased 4 towels from Smyrna and they are already looking as it they were really old. The tower absorbency is really poor, the fabric doesn't really feel like cotton, even after 3 washes they keep sharing. Sadly, I cant return them and I decided to share my terrible experience as I don't what this to happened to anyone in the future.

I had a peshtemal before and lost it so I was looking for another one. There were so many brands and styles that it was difficult to pick but I think I found the best one by accident. I like the look of this one and it seemed thicker than my last one so I went for it. This brand is amazing! It absorbs well, dries fast and is so unbelievably soft that I am planning to buy more as baby blankets. It is a nice weight and drapes so beautifully. I want one in every room of my house as blankets now, as well as a set of bath towels. They come in plenty of colors to match anything. The color was true to the photo. Love it!

I bought the Turkish towel because of its absorbency and stylish look. However, the quality of this product is disappointing. I washed it once (when I receive it) following the instruction, and just that, my towel has so many loose lines (a few of them showing in the pictures) - the whole towel looks so bad, and the absorbency is not good - also feels cold when put on the body after the shower. I can't imaging having washing it every week . I would not buy it again, or recommending anyone buying this product.To be fair, I also bought anther product from this company, and that one is okay after one once. However, I am not sure if the quality will sustain.

Hoping to switch from heavy terry towels that take forever to dry and end up smelling mildewy, I decided to try a set of these. I compared weights of a variety of Turkish towels and found these were the heaviest. I'm pleased with the weight and the feel and with how pretty they are. In my opinion they're absorbent enough; not as much as a normal towel, but adequate. Others in my family are less excited about them; their main objection is that the fringe gets wet and clings to your legs in a clammy, unappealing way. Oh well, you can't have it all.
