Is this tattoo eyebrow pen friendlly to eyebrow makeup beginners?

Mine does nothing! No liquid no color. Just a brush??

This must be a defective item. I have purchased three over the last year or so and have not experienced anything like this. It is similar to a felt tip marker and should be stored with the tip faxing down to avoid drying out, per my packaging. Maybe yours was dried out.

It says that it’s smudgeproof but whenever I wake up in the morning some of it is smudged,why is that?
