I perineal surgery and during the first three post-op weeks, my scrotum did not tighten up this did the trick.
I'm older and overweight and have above normally sized testicles. I had perineal surgery and during the first three post-op weeks, my scrotum did not tighten up at all; so, in addition to a incision that was painful, I had to deal with low hanging lemons dangling and adding to the discomfort. This product did the trick in hoisting the boys into a much, much more comfortable position. It did a far superior job than extended leg briefs or boxer briefs, which tend to sag after a while. It's decently designed and made, and comfortable for long periods of time. The pouch is made of the same stertchy material as standard athletic supporters; so, it gives and takes as needed when moving around and sitting. That is a big plus that the boys appreciate. I don't know what more anyone can expect from the product and for the price.

Not a good product
Bought this to help husband after vasectomy. The waist is adjustable, so that is a nice feature when wondering how well it may fit although there is a metal clip on It that will hurt and dig into skin. The cup part is not really good for accommodation of swelling, and he said that it was so tight on the underside that it was causing chafing. Would not recommend.

This suspensory is better than most others but still a little primitive considering where men’s support garments should be. A rather tiny, rubber band like elastic wraps around the rear of the scrotum and feels flimsy, sometimes uncomfortable. Still this is the best one I’ve found and it gives good support with comfortable pouch material. Its also the only one I’ve found with a decent clasp for the waist strap. Lets face it, jockstraps like Bike brand were designed in the late 1800s for men riding bicycles and they’re about 100 years behind today’s fabrics and design capabilities.

Comfortable fit
For a scrotum support this is very comfortable. Easy to adjust and easy to put on and take off quickly. I'd recommend this product. Sizes are accurate too; medium is actually a medium. Some other brands don't even have a size chart to help with purchasing the right support. Go with these guys...

Disappointed
Not what I thought it was.

Won't stay in place if you're active.
It was ok for support after inguinal hernia surgery when I wasn't active. But once I became more active it wouldn't stay in place. Just by walking at a brisk pace my family jewels would keep falling out. I've used a suspensory years ago for athletic activity that held things in place much better than this one. Too bad I don't remember who made it.
