This is very sharp, brilliant for a variety of veg - sharp enough that I've cut my fingers using it from time to time so be careful using it! The metal is very solid and definitely not flimsy like some cheap graters. It's a fine grate so I don't tend to use it for cheese - but it works perfectly fine for cheese. But definitely good for carrots, turnip, garlic etc.

This is a good grater . I would expect it to be efficient with the first time if using it , and I wasn’t disappointed. I used it for zesting a lime. Initially I used slightly too much pressure , but it really wasn’t needed. I am yet to try other foods, but I am confident that it will be equality efficient. A fine grater indeed.

I think this gadget has been very accurately engineered .Every single , tiny , square-shaped , extremely sharp blade is in exactly the position it should be in to give such perfect results .I have tried garlic , shallots , ginger , limes for zest , lemons for zest , fresh green chillies ,cheddar cheese , all done without any difficulty whatsoever. It seems very sturdy , too. It is very easy to clean .Just hold it under the running tap , the cutting side and the non-cutting side. The pressure of the water cleans it quite thoroughly. The cover supplied is a good bonus , too. I recommend this product .

Thought I'd try this one as a couple of supermarket buys just didn't do the job right, either poor cutting or sticking/gripping. This is excellent! So far, garlic, parmesan and lemon zest, all perfect and the grater is easy to hold and clean. Well happy.

This is a premium grater/zester, easy to use with cheeses and fruit rinds alike. Just be careful it is razor sharp, I actual took a small thin sliver of skin off the my base of my thumb and didn’t notice, till washing my hands afterwards. So thin it didn’t draw blood, seriously sharp great tool.

We have been trying to zest lemons and limes for various lockdown meal recipes by using a cheese grater with disappointing results, however, this little gadget has changed all that! The super-sharp blade makes light work of the job and is a 'must have' in any budding chef's kitchen.

I was expecting this to be a bit smaller and refined looking. It looks like you could put this on the table with guests, but it's way to clunky to do the Italian chef experience at the table.But does the job. Wouldn't say it's any better than my standard grater, but ok as an alternative.

Great addition to kitchen utensils seems robust unlike our last zester/grater which was no good for grating cheese as it bent and broke...easy to hold while grating parmesan etc over pans while cooking
