Excellent hold
Loved this product - I have coarse, wiry and difficult to tame hair. This pomade has a strong hold and just the right amount of shine for my hair type. Washes out easily with no residue and is an excellent pomade for the price (I've tried lots of more expensive ones that don't perform as well). The scent is a bit strong but I like it so it does not bother me at all. Makes my hair feel healthy and keeps it in place! Will buy again!

Shiny, but not slick.
Use this for my neat & messy styles when I'm looking for a little shine. Has more of an oily base vs the dry clay types of pomades. Works with my hair towel dried or all dry. Smells sweet and fresh, but not overbearing. Holds pretty well for normal all day activity. Hitting the gym with this stuff still on at the end of the day is ok as long as I didn't put a lot on at the start of the day. Hair sometimes falls flat, depending on how intense the workout was. Stickiness afterwards isn't such a big problem either, as long as I've been using a sweat rag the whole time. If I don't shower before bed, I make sure I at least wrinse wash my hair, otherwise I wake up with a nasty taste + cotton mouth. Stuff wrinses out easily with warm water while running my hands through.
