No, you can't install Linux on TorqueOS!

Is it supposed to be impossible to set my torque? I cant even spin it.

Like the first comment, the bottom of the torque wrench has a locknut. If it feels tight then you probably won’t be able to change the torque setting until it feels loose. Rotate it until it feels loose to change the setting and once the torque is set, rotate it again to tighten it before using it.

does it measure torque/click both directions?

No, just in clockwise direction
