I had searched a long time for a Pullman pan that made a proper full size slice of bread. This pan is 5.875 square by 15.75. PERFECT! Quality is very high. Not non stick so use oil, flour and parchment paper. Also adjust your recipe for this large size.

This is a great Pullman Bread Pan. You will have to adjust most recipes for this pan. It is heavy duty and good quality.

I couldn't find this size of pan anywhere else so I was happy to find it here. However, my pan leaks at the seams where it is welded on the bottom and as a result, the nonstick coating I put in the pan before use leaked onto the bottom of the oven and started smoking. My husband had to solder the corners to prevent that from happening again. I didn't expect we would have to do that on such an expensive pan. I need more of these pans but I'm hesitant to buy because of the poor welding job on the one I bought.

Have been using it for bananna bread (without the lid) and all is well. Look forward to using more of its potential. Good product.
