This is a perfect stain remover that leaves my clothes, bright white without a residue. It’s a good size amount for the price. I used it on my tennis shoes to get some yellow out and it worked perfectly. My white tennis shoes. Look brand new.

I continue buying White Brite Laundry Whitener because it works impressively well! I used it on dingy white towels and shirts that had started to look dull and slightly yellowed, and after one wash, they came out noticeably brighter. It effectively removed stains and buildup that regular detergent and bleach hadn’t been able to tackle. One thing I appreciate is that it’s safe for colors too, so I was able to use it on mixed loads without worrying about fading. It’s also a great alternative for those who want to avoid using bleach, as it doesn’t have the harsh smell or damage fabrics over time. I’ve even used it on older fabrics and tricky stains, and it does an amazing job restoring them to a fresh, clean look. The only downside is that it has a strong chemical odor when you first open the package, but it dissipates after washing. Also, following the instructions carefully is key—using too much can lead to residue. Overall, I highly recommend White Brite if you need to restore whites or brighten fabrics that have lost their original color. It’s a game-changer for laundry, and I’ll definitely keep purchasing it!

Gets the job done on white baseball pants! I soak them overnight then wash them!

I love this white swing-style shirt (it has a zipper in the back that makes it so much fun!). However, it had gotten packed away for the season and when I found it again, it was all discolored. The before bottom picture is AFTER I had already tried Shout, Spray & Wash and Borax (with peroxide and baking soda, lemons, etc.) The after pic (top) is after about 2.5 total hours of soaking (3 different times) and a couple of washings. Other reviewers comment on how stinky this granular powder is. Smells like an old-fashioned perm. I used a shallow storage bin and it took two gallons on warm water and 1 cup of product to fully cover the blouse and have all parts submerged. This blouse is only supposed to be laundered in cold water and most whitening treatments called for hot water. I chose this product because it calls for warm water which I thought would be safe enough. Loved I could get it delivered over night! I have the shirt next to a white tennis skirt for comparison. I’m happy with the end result and probably used half the container to get it this white. Small price to pay for saving my favorite shirt! ❤️

This stuff works extremely well for brightening whites and removing stains that regular detergent leaves behind. It’s especially good on dingy or work clothes that need a reset. A little goes a long way, and the results are noticeable after just one wash. Strong product, but very effective if you follow the directions. Make sure you let your whites soak in this for a while before finishing the wash cycle!

Love this, use it for my daughters softball whites. I usually let it soak for 24 hours, beats me having to scrub with the felt naphtha

First—it stinks. Be prepared to combat the smell in your laundry. Second—it fades everything! The jug says it’s ok to use it to “brighten” laundry. Look at my picture. The left side is how the items look now, the right side is how they looked before being ruined by this product. I didn’t even soak anything, I just put a little bit in with my laundry & washed as usual. Unless you are using it on ONLY all-white clothes, it’s not safe for your stuff! I’m glad to didn’t ruin actual clothing. The experiment was done on bath towels & wash cloths so it doesn’t really matter if they are faded. This product was also used on socks, white towels, etc., and everything was brighter, but the ground-in stains remained. You know how white towels get that dark spot in the middle from frequent use? This product will not remove that, but the towel AROUND that spot will be nice & white! Won’t buy again. Not impressed. Upset that my stuff is faded.

Works soooo good on whites IF you have a soak cycle and use extremely HOT water.

This product is amazing for getting the red shale/clay stains out of my son’s white baseball pants. Like magic! I did find it MUCH cheaper in town at a chain/national retailer though.
