These are really good. The length allows me to easily charge my devices from a variety of areas. I especially like that I can comfortably lay in bed and continue to play games on my phone with ease. These charging cables are fast charge, strong and the structure of the cord means that it is less likely to break. Nice colours, I opted for red and blue. Most definitely great value for money. Highly recommend and intend to buy more in the future.

All worked with my phone but only one works with another phone.could be the phone tho. Good length,feels decent quality and fits plugs well enough. Would buy agsin.

These decent quality iPhone charger cables are good value and have lasted well. This pack includes four cables in three different sizes. The longest one at 3 metres is particularly useful when travelling because sometimes electrical sockets in hotel rooms aren’t quite where you need them to be! The nylon braded cable is robust and resistant to damage and the USB-A and Lightning connectors seem well made and also fit well. Charging and data transfer seems very stable; I’ve not had any failures to connect or charge. There are so many cables of various brands on the market that it is hard to be sure whether these particular ones are better than other options. But I can say that they have lasted very well (I bought them two years ago) and have provided excellent performance for a relatively low price.

Of the three cables - two work fine, one does not work at all. Seems I need to return all of them to get a replacement which is too much bother

I got this 8 months ago and discovered that each cable only lasted about two months more or less, and ended up going through a process where I had to keep replacing each cable that stopped working with another one from the pack until all of them got spoilt. I imagine that if I had been using all or some of them simultaneously, they would have all gotten spoilt much sooner than 8 months. I ended up throwing the spoilt cables away and buying the pack again out of necessity before finding out that I was entitled to a lifetime replacement of the cables. This brings me to my second complaint: they could have taken extra steps to ensure that the user is aware of this, rather than burying it in a long description that most people won't properly read, if at all. I saw another cable on here earlier today where the customer left a sterling review that they were sent a notification email of their 18-month warranty after purchasing the product. Just wanted to say that is a stellar example of great customer service. I'm really unhappy that I only ended up finding out about the free replacement after I had already bought the cables again and thrown the spoilt ones away. I believe that this was due in part to the fact that the free replacement was not maximally/fully/properly advertised. Based on this, I would like to ask that a refund be issued to me for the second order I placed if possible. If not, I would prefer to return the pack I recently bought and instead spend that money on a charger that would actually last for a long time. UPDATE: After I wrote this review, I also sent an email to the email address provided on the product pack. The email consisted of feedback similar to what I put in this review. Afterwards, I had tried to initiate a return the product through Amazon because I was not sure if I would get a response. It was then that I discovered that they can provide returnless refunds through Amazon. So I chose that option and ended up getting a refund and still being able to keep the new product as a replacement for the old ones that got spoilt. To make it better, they also responded to my email this morning (I had sent my email in the evening yesterday) basically saying that they understood and appreciated my feedback, providing more details about why they have their policies and promising to use my feedback to improve. More importantly, they also agreed to do what I had requested in terms of the refund and replacement of the cables. However, I let them know that I have already gotten a returnless refund through Amazon and so the issue has now been resolved.
