I have tried other mugs similar to this one, but they never lasted or they leaked, or they didn't keep the coffee or tea hot very long. So, I tried a ceramic one...gets cold pretty fast and not comfortable to hold. THIS ONE, however, is EXCELLENT! It's attractive, easy to hold, keeps my tea hot for a while, and is microwavable. I love it. You do have to take the lid off when you place it in the microwave, but it's easy to screw off and on. It does not leak. I am so happy with this purchase. I highly recommend it to everyone.

My daughter loved it! It doesn’t have insulation but she doesn’t like cold or hot. Doesn’t spill. Perfect size. Very good quality material. Cute!

Meets my needs: I wanted a leak-proof, microwave-safe tumbler that fit in my cup holder. I can shake it upside down without fear of leaks! The curved edges and limited ridges make it easy to clean.Cons: heat/cold retention is somewhat poor.I don’t like my coffee super hot (I heat my water 1:10 m:s for a drop-in-shake-up-melting truffle, like a giant Hershey kiss), yet the outside still gets uncomfortably warm.When used with ice, it started sweating even indoors with a/c.And minor issue but I’d like the vent to be farther from the sipping hole.

I like the size, design of the cup and the fact that it is microwaveable. However, I have used it for 2 days and it does not keep my coffee even warm for an hour. I found myself reheating before I could finish the cup. I will not return it due to the affordability. I will just use it at home so I can warm it up as needed.
