I preferred it when making chocolate mousse and my ganache. It gave a smoother result.

Lindt is much smoother and creamier.

I'm not sure what you mean by durable. I suppose it is. I've sent it to family in Europe in the early summer, for example, and it made it there fine. Plus, it does last a while (though, like any chocolate, if you keep it too long, it will get stale).
