Its more for cleaning off dirt, oil and make up. It will help to keep pimples or acne from appearing, but not necessarily clear up a case of acne.

Definitely woth it even works as a dewy setting spray.

I love this stuff! I'm about to order my second bottle. It makes your skin soft and smooth and worked really well over makeup. It gives your makeup a dewy glow and I've noticed it helps my makeup stay put.
