Adequate potency appears to be good product.

A CoQ10 supplement was recommended by my doctor due to GLP-1 use. I purchased the NOW brand because various independent sites claimed they made a high quality product that had been verified to contain the supplement tested. Who knows if CoQ10 has any health benefit, I haven't noticed any change in my energy level. The pills are easy to swallow, have no aftertaste, and do not upset your stomach. Only four stars because I don't give five stars to things that I can't test and can't verify myself. All I can comment on is the price and taste, not the actual health benefit.

Works great to reduce the side effects of cholesterol medicine
I ran across a video on talking with docs that talked about this product and using it to reduce muscle pain and cramping when using statins for cholesterol. I have already switched my cholesterol medicine a couple of times because of severe muscle pain and cramps and although the one I am currently on is better than others, I still had the pain and cramps. Taking this product for only a short time has reduced it to the point where most of the time I don't even notice any pain and muscle cramps are not gone.
