Better than Xylimelts in my opinion.
I love these things. I find that the non-xylitol ones work better than the Xylimelts and they have the perk of being cheaper too! They stick on well and are really quite minty. I put one in at bedtime and it helps with dry mouth overnight (and lasts longer than the xylimelts for me). Same company but I definitely think these are the better choice!

Recomendable
These oracoat freshMelts they are effectiveness for keeping your mouth moist for 6 hours overnight. Good taste. No mint. They come in packs of 40, it's a shame they're a bit pricey.

Minty minty freshness
These are designed to stick to your gums and sloooooowly melt for hours. They gently bring moisture to battle dry mouth and provide flavor for a little kick of freshness. These work and I'm a fan, but this mint is so strong that it hurts my belly, so I've purchased all the other flavors to see how they are. If you want strong mint, you can't beat the price of this item. All the other flavors appear to have Xylitol and cost nearly twice as much.
