Happy Bullet Journaling! Minimal bleed through...
So far so good! Just tested my markers and pens and I'm pretty happy with this purchase!I chose this notebook for bullet journaling because it was the only bullet style notebook that had over 200 pages and had the thickest paper of any that I saw. I think the photos speak for themselves. I probably won't be using any sharpies in it, but I'm really happy with the paper weight and the lack of bleeding through. As you can see, the majority of my markers and pens worked great! I'd say the paper held up its end of the deal. Check out my photos and see which markers I used and how they scored in the test run. 😊

Great little Bullet Journal
I liked this bullet journal I bought it for two reasons, I got it to make a friend her very own bullet journal to get her started. And I bought another to make myself a swatch book to test markers and such for bleed through etc... I got this one on sale when I bought it. It was 8.50 USD and worth the price... however at its current price of 12.50 not so much. The corner came bent dented quite a bit... But I overlooked it for lack of wanting to send it back etc... I kinda put it under some heavy books and hoped it would right itself it did not. The pages are good the papers decent quality... The book however its a bit smaller than the Leuchtturm which is what I am using for my main BUJO. There are other journals out there that are the same size as the Leuchtturm for the price of 12.50 Might want to look into those. I will be since I find myself in need of another journal lol. But if you are set on getting this one? I would say go for it.

I really like this journal
I really like this journal. I purchased it for a Bullet Journal and am pleased. I use a fountain pen and I use pigma pens for drawing. The journal has very, very light dots and, at 70, I have a problem seeing them under artificial light. I think that is more me than the journal. In the product description, it goes on a bit about not bleeding and ghosting. I use a fountain pen, pigma pen for zentangles and water color pencils with just a bit of water. There is some ghosting on the back side but it is so light that it disappears as soon as you use the back side. I did have a problem with the pigma pen when drawing but that has gone away when I broke myself of holding the pen to tightly and using too much pressure. No more bleed through and my drawing is better.I will continue to buy this little journal again and again. If I wanted an art journal, I would buy a different journal with other paper. But for a journal where I draw occasionally, it is perfect. And for my card making friends who add a lot of glued on items, it also functions really well. And I make books too and it is a delight to see the signatures are sewn, not glued together. Yup! I'll be buying another one.

Good book, but out of 3 copies one is almost blank.
Nice quality paper and binding, with a bookmark and a little elastic band to hold the pages down or keep the book closed. I've already filled one up about 30%, and have liked it so much for taking notes that I bought two more for other purposes. One of those was fine, but the one of them has the dotting so faint it is nearly impossible to see--they're basically completely blank pages. Since my primary purpose is simply writing and I don't use the dots for much, it' remains useful. But, still, be warned there's some inconsistency in quality here.

Mediocre at best
UPDATE!!After being notified of my initial disappointment in this product I was contacted by the company and offered a refund PLUS a new notebook when the new shipment arrived. I received my new dotted journal today and I am now an extremely satisfied customer. The dots are visible and this will be much better for my bullet journaling purposes. New pic added for comparison. This notebook is ok. The dots are barely visible so it's hard to use as a bullet journal. At a glance it looks like a blank pages journal. You have to look very very hard to see the dots.

Pretty darn perfect!!
I love this book. Its an A5 slim so its a tad bit shorter/more narrow when compared to the standard A5. This notebook measures 5x8.25 rather than the standard A5 Leuchtturm 1917, which measures 5.75 x 8.25 inches. Also, it has the wonderful dotted grid, cream 100gsm paper. I'm new to the Bullet Journal system. I currently have a custom Travelers tri-fold cover that would accommodate the A5 Slim, but not a A5...So, this is pretty perfect for me.I'm new to the Bullet Journal system and frankly, I use pencil because my schedule, tasks, etc. are constantly changing. Since I use pencil, the paper is perfect for my use and really has a great feel under my mechanical pencil. Truly, I have a very limited knowledge of the various paper types such as the TomoRiver, etc., except to say that those who are very artistic and use fountain pens, various markers, water colors, micron pens, and such, tend to prefer the TR paper because it limits ghosting and bleeding. I'm not artistic and my BuJo will be more traditional and functional rather than my artistic endeavors. I might be inclined to use some washi tape and stencils....at some point. And if I decide to venture into various other inks and such, I will post an update. The other really great thing: PRICE!! I purchased on Prime Day for $10.99 (I think) Now, I wish I had ordered a couple more. Well, the regular price is really great as well ($17.49 at present). The only thing that could improve the notebook is page numbers.

Good quality starter journal
This notebook is pretty high quality, especially for the price! I wanted an inexpensive journal to start out bullet journaling. It comes with a little pocket in the back (great for storing notes or small items--I use mine to put a mini ruler in), an attached ribbon to keep track of where you are in the notebook, a band to keep the journal shut, and a bonus sticker set. The cover is a smooth black vinyl-type material. There is a small indentation from where the band sits, but that's really no big deal. The paper seems to be really good quality and doesn't ghost much using my Staedtler fineliners. Others are saying that the dots are too light, but I actually really like that about it. The pages are sewn in and easily lie flat. Overall really pleased with this product. High quality for a low price!
