Provides padding between knees while sleeping
Works fairly well as padding between knees especially if you're side side sleeper. It is comfortable and I have enjoyed using it. You may want to order the next size up. I measured my leg as instructed and bought the large, but it was too light, so I had to re-order and get the extra large.

This knee pad is ok .
I would'nt expect it to last a very long time with constant use. It squashes down quite a bit in use but still offers some relief during the night.

Laughable.....
Practically useless. The foam insert is so hard and stiff that trying to use it to cushion is pointless. It just creates more pain rather than alleviating it, as its description states. Don't waste your money.

Only lasted a week! . . . No help or contact from seller
The product seemed good but the support 'failed' after about a week, it flattens fairly quickly therefore not giving the specific support you bought it for. I have emailed the seller numerous times, with no contact at all and then lodged a complaint via AMAZON but no heard anything so far. What a shame, could have been a wonderful product if the padding had not 'failed'.
