It is a great tool for occasional use by a homeowner. Not for the professional as the quality was not designed for daily heavy use.

Bought to recover one seat. The pliers are extremely flimsy and cheap, a lot of play in the joint which makes them difficult to use. They split apart before I could finish the job.

Tool is great for what I needed it for. May not use it often but I now have it for future uses.

Id what it was made to do.

Cheap for a reason. Do not buy, it is literally made wrong.

Really good quality hog nose rings, pliers not so much. These did work for the intended seat recovering, but the handles are very short and uncomfortable. The little groove that the hog nose rings actually sit in are not the right size for the rings sent with. A few minutes with a the Dremel and was able to correct, but when packaged as a deal or together you would expect them to work together without modification. Again these did what the intended purpose was. If I were to do another seat or again I would continue my search for a better pair. Will not use again so they worked OK, but as a one time tool kind of expensive. Would have returned if didn't need the hog rings so bad and wanted to wait for another replacement.

Bought this to work on my daughters 2006 mustang seats which where very stained. We took the cover of the passenger side seat first and washed it around 8 times with good strong detergent. We used the tool and clips to put back the cover onto seat frame. The seat used about 9 clips across 3 bars. Very easy to use tools. When using watch your fingers and take your time, the clips are super sharp and you can get cut.
