Ideal for ultralight backpackers up to 265 lbs. Sitting 2" off the ground, its stable, square base distributes weight perfectly, making it the top choice for soft sand, wilderness camping, and low-profile festival seating.

How does it differ from the standard Chair One?

The Ground Chair sits much lower (3.5" vs 9") and weighs 9 oz less. Instead of four separate legs that can sink, it features a unique, square-base frame that evenly distributes your weight across soft mud, sand, or turf.

Is the Ground Chair easy to set up?

Yes. It uses an internal shock-cord system that automatically guides the aluminum poles into the hubs. Just shake the frame, insert the poles into the heavily reinforced fabric corners, and it is ready to use in seconds.

Is the Ground Chair good for concerts, beaches, or pool parties?

Yes! Siting 3.5" high, it meets strict low-profile festival rules without blocking views. Its square base won't sink into beach sand, and the quick-drying mesh handles pool splashes perfectly—making it an ultimate choice for all three.
