The backs for the 30mm will not fit on. I have to almost break them to get them on. It’s super frustrating!

The backing does not want to fit on the safety eyes I can’t get them on. Anyone else having issues?

I ordered two sets of these eyes (at the same time, in the same order, I just selected qty 2) and I received two very different sets of eyes. They also arrived in two separate shipments.The differences between sets:1. Different packaging2. Different safety backs (color and size, though they fit all posts)3. Different coverings to protect the eyes (half had tape and some had cling film, some had no protective covering. The ones with cling film are scratched up)4. Different pupil sizes5. The colored discs are slightly different sizes between sets, but relatively unnoticeable when in use.6. The iris discs are made out of different materials. One has a waffle pattern texture to the fabric, which shows through in the glitter side.7. The Iris disc's are different shades within the same colors between the two sets.8. The 30mm sets were supposed to include green, gold, and blue Iris disc's, but one set included pink instead of green.All that said, they both seem to be good sets, but because they're so different I'll have to keep them separated. Definitely not optimal if you're looking for consistency. I would not order these again if I was looking for something for a professional project, but since I'm making gifts these will suit my purposes.

I ordered this product for some amigurumi that I've been making. They did not come as I expected them to -- which is to say, in one piece, minus the washer. They came in as a clear eye piece with a glittery backing that you have to put on yourself. That's not really an issue, but I wasn't pleased with the overall result. If you're looking at the eye straight on, it appears pretty much as advertised, though the colors end up kind of muted. Gold becomes more of a pale yellow, etc. If you look at it from an angle, the colors all but disappear and you only really see the clear part of the eye which is fine, too, if that's something you're okay with. I was really hoping for a glittery eye that would be vibrant. I'm pretty new to using safety eyes, so I'm not sure if that's even possible with this sort of thing.However, the product is still very good and it's a decent price for what you're getting.

They come say with a HARD plastic back and it is SO hard to get them together! Also, a few of the eyes are chipped and the color backings are SLIGHTLY wider than the eyes. All in all, I’d order them again for short notice. But I think I’ll stick to buying bulk from Ali when I can wait for them.

They didn’t come all scratched up like I thought they might which was a plus. I bit of a struggle to get on sometimes but holds very well. I did have to clean up the back sides a bit on most because of protruding straight off the back side pieces of unnecessary plastic but nothing that ruined the look. A star off just because if I wouldn’t have had a way to clean it up it would have been a worry it might wear down the yarn over time.

Loved the sizes and the glitter discs but thought they'd be plastic. They're a material so studier than the previous set I tried. The backs on the 16mm worked just fine but moved up to the 18mm and 20mm and they were next to impossible to secure. Ended up using kitchen scissors to make a few notches and then used a long lighter to melt and soften the plastic. Trimmed it all off and finally managed to get them to fasten. But be aware that you're going to have to work at it. I super glued them to the post because it wouldn't take much to pull them off.

I bought these to spray paintto create custom color eyes, and was very happy with how well the paint stuck to the glossy plastic. The eyes came in individual baggies with their matching washers. However, the bags were not marked and I had to guess the exact size. I’m worried about the sturdiness of the washers over time. Overall, they are good eyes, but the presentation is poor.

The media could not be loaded.  Every single eye is chipped . Very dissatisfied. Will not be buying these again ……
