It works great for travel, however what I don’t like is the zippers stick and it doesn’t open easily

Does keep the insulin pen cold for about 12hrs. The larger pens like Basaglar are a tight fit but will accommodate two of them. Not much room for anything else other than a few pen needles and alcohol swabs.

Works great but careful flying home
This worked great for my med shot that needed to stay cold. I only traveled with carry-ons and there were no problems flying out. On the way home however I didn't freeze and TSA took the cooling block. If I would have known I could have frozen it or shipped it to myself. It worked really well so I will get another and handle it appropriately next time.

This cooler keep my Ozempic pen cold I was afraid it would freeze, It didn’t. I took on airplane2.5 hr flight checked into hotel few hours later ice coolie was still cold.It works

Chilling pack is huge, picture is a lie there's no room
That chilling pack takes up so much space. The actual case is fine without it, get some small cooling pads instead of the provided one since if you put it in there there's like no room for a monitor, spare needles/lancelets, strips, etc.Update: I've been trying it out with a different smaller chilling pack and I don't think this cooler keeps heat in very well. Ice pack seems to melt as quickly as it would outside the pack
