Great idea
This product is good for marking a cake. It shows you were to cut the cake to get a set number of slices. It does not have any kind of blade on it so you will not be able to use it to slice your cake.

Such a great tool for cutting cakes
I can never get even slices when I cut a cake. This tool will help you to get even slices every time. Simply center it on top of your cake and press down slightly, you don’t have to put much pressure. Take it off and you will see exactly where to cut. It has two sides so you can choose from thin slices or thick slices. I love this tool and highly recommend it. Now I need to search for a tool like this for my rectangular cakes.
