I'm on my 4th can of this self tanner, and b.tan is the brand I know I can count on. I'm on the sunny side of 70 with pale skin and this mousse gives me great, long lasting color with little effort. I find the foam easy to apply - with a mitt - and it gives me a streak free finish. There is little to no odor that dissipates quickly. The color is even, not splotchy, and is a great tone that pulls neither orange or green on my skin. I apply in the morning, give it 15 minutes to dry down, then dress and have not had any issues with transfer to clothing. The color emerges through the day and leaves a nice, dark tan, that lasts 3-5 days, making me less self conscious baring my legs in public. Quick, easy, inexpensive and works well!

This e.l.f. lip liner honestly exceeded my expectations, especially for the price. I was looking for something affordable that still had good pigment and stayed in place throughout the day, and this checks all the boxes. The formula is smooth and easy to apply without tugging on the lips, which I really appreciate. It glides on evenly and makes it super easy to define the lips or slightly overline for a fuller look. The color payoff is rich right away, so you don’t have to go over it multiple times to build it up. I also love how well it pairs with different lipsticks and glosses. It helps prevent feathering and keeps everything looking more polished and put together. On its own, it also looks really nice for a more natural, lined-lip look. For longevity, it holds up surprisingly well for a drugstore liner. I still need to touch it up after eating or drinking, but overall it stays put longer than I expected. For the price point, this is an easy repurchase. It’s one of those everyday essentials that just works and makes your lip products look better overall.

Best self tanner I have found. It does have a pretty strong smell, but it doesn’t smell bad. I like the violet tint, as it doesn’t leave me looking orange. It is easy to apply, doesn’t steak, and gives a natural looking tan. It is a great product and affordable. I usually tan about once a week and the bottle lasts for several months.

I purposely stayed away from self tanning products as they were difficult to apply without streaking and most importantly the orange glow that always gave you away to self tanning. I’m going on a family vacation this summer. A bathing suit will def be worn and I’m in my 60’s so no more laying in the sun for a natural color. I decided to give the self tanning products another try. I figured by this time there had to be some improvements made to these products. I read many reviews and I decided on “I Want to be the Darkest Possible”. I chose it not for the name as I didn’t want to really really dark but chose it because it was the one product they used the “ No Orange” solution in all the reviews. The application was easier because I decided to use a mitt which I hear is a must for no streaking and even outcome. I only gave it 4 stars because it doesn’t give you the tan in 1 hour. My tan color came through in about 6 hours. I was thrilled with the color, absolutely no orange. The one application was def enough color for me but I could see adding more the next day would give you a really dark color. The mitt was a game changer for application. The drying time is about 1 hour and there is no sticky residue there after. No strong odor at all. Since there was no sticky feeling residue after the drying time I did not shower until the next day. I also read to use a gentle soap as one with a lot of chemicals will fade your tan or could become streaky. So happy they have improved the self tanners.

At first I was thinking this looks really dark. I put it on my brush followed the directions and about an hour later I could see results. I did this 3 days in a row and got the results I needed. It took about a week to completely wash all the way off. Now if I have something going on for the weekend, I start putting it on Wednesday or Thursday to be ready. After I do my main parts on my legs what's ever leftover on the brush I put around my feet and ankles and no weird looking marks. It does wash off a little spotty. But I wear pants to work all week. Oh, not sticky and doesn't rub off on clothing.

I’m giving this 3 stars, as I think it gave a good color. That’s said, I’m glad it wasn’t expensive because I don’t think I’m going to give it a second shot. I’ve used self tanners for at least 20 years, so I’ve used plenty of good ones and more than enough not so good ones. The good with this one: the color. The not so good: 1-it was slow to absorb. Rubbing it in felt like it took 2-3x longer than any other self tanning mousse I’ve ever used. I wear latex surgical gloves when I apply it so maybe a mot or brush would work better. I feel like a lot of product is wasted with those, so gloves are my preference. 2- It took a long time to dry once I got it on. At one point, a couple of days in, I used an alcohol swab on a spot and the color came right off. I guess this could also be classified as “good”, when you have a sour you didn’t mean to tan (elbow, finger webbing, etc”. It’s usually meant impossible to get rid of those once you realize it’s there. I didn’t try alcohol for that, but the way it removed color from the middle of my leg, I imagine it works at least help. (Note: I wasn’t rubbing hard or for more than a second. I was just doing a small spot prior to an injection). 3- And last but not least, the color faded very patchy. I feel like any brands I’ve used in the last 5 years have all faded fairly even, but this was incredibly patchy. I hope others have a much better experience. I could get by with some of these, but as long as it took to absorb, I was almost done before I take even got started!! It’s just not worth that kind of time up front for me, for these results.

Love, love, LOVE this tanner! I've been doing a monthly spray tan membership at a salon that always leaves me with an orange tint and always uneven. Not to mention, it fades after 2 days. As a natural redhead with extremely pale skin, I was hesitant to try this at first. But OMG! The results are absolutely flawless! I love how it leaves more of a brown, natural color and NO, ZERO, ZLITCH streaking! I initially did one layer that didn't get me the results I truly wanted, but after applying a second coat a few hours later, I'm obsessed. I do recommend waiting 6-8 hours before rinsing though, to achieve the full color potential. Once this bottle runs out, I'll be ordering the darkest shade and hopefully be able to do one coat and done!

The pros: I’ll start by saying this self tanner is better than most, including the expensive kinds. The tan I got wasn’t as dark as I was hoping for but still looked way better than what most self tanners end result is. It definitely looked like a natural tan. No orange tint or anything, but when you do apply it don’t be discouraged by the grey color it gives off. It’ll wash off and look like a real tan. It was fairly easy to apply, just make sure you use a good exfoliant on your body beforehand and make sure you blend it really well. The cons: The major downside I had with my experience with it was it went away before the week ended. I applied it to my whole body in two coats. I’m a full time mom of a four month old baby boy and it’s hard to find the time or even the energy sometimes to keep up with something like that when it doesn’t even last a week. A lot of people say it has no scent as a good thing about it, but it actually does have a somewhat of a smell to it, it just wasn’t a good one. For me personally, I would’ve rather it have some sort of a good perfume scent to it like a light lavender lotion scent instead of slight chemical like smell. Even though it was fairly easy to apply, I found it was a little bit of a challenge blending it in on the neck, armpit and face even when I exfoliated my whole body and face really good beforehand. All in all, it’s not a super bad self tanner by any means. I’m definitely not saying not to buy it. If you don’t mind the scent or that it may not last as long as the bottle says then by all means it’s a good purchase. I don’t necessarily regret buying this product and I will definitely give it a second try when I have the chance. I just found that maybe it wasn’t what I was hoping for. For a self tanner that’s cheaper than most and works better than most overall, I’d say give it a try and see how it works for you. I always keep an open mind with things like this and I definitely encourage anyone who buys this to do so as well. As with all self tanners, it’s not always perfect.
