best ginseng available, very fine powder and easily mixed
Needed a quality ginseng and is powdered Siberian is the best you can get. Its ground up easily mixed. I add this when I make smoothies. Best value over capsules.

Powerful 4:1 extract
This is a very powerful 4:1 extract. At first I was taking to much around 1-2 grams, and was getting stimulant like effects that lasted all day. I have since cut it down to 500 mg per day, and seems like the right dosage for my weight of 180 pounds.

Not the best out there….
I have been taking a liquid ginseng, which I LOVE. The problem? It’s pricey.I needed to find something else to take in the interim.These two products don’t compare. Definitely doesn’t give my brain that “hit” you get from good ginseng.Won’t be purchasing again.
