I suffer periodically from sciatica. I was recommended to try this by someone who uses it nightly. There is no smell and it looks just like w3ater but dont be fooled it is very effective. Squirt 3 or 4 times into your palm and rub into the affected area before going to bed. It eases the whole area and used regularly will certainly reduce if not remove the inflamation. My friend uses it one the base of her back and tells me it works wonders.

Didn't use after couple of attempts... makes a mess of my clothes and bedding if used at night. So, I can't tell if it has any benefits at all.
