Review: So bad and yet so good - First off, let's be honest, yes it is pretty nasty tasting. That said, it mixes pretty easily into liquid which I gulp down. This is the only down side I have found so far. I feel great. I have a dose for lunch with fruit juice and some fruit or veggies. I notice a marked decrease in appetite while having clear head and energy. I take 2nd dose before bed. I have a farm, I get daily exercise and I train Taekwondo 2 times a week. I am no spring chicken but I am seeing a difference in my body composition and my recovery times. I really like that this brand lists the ratio of EAAs where others do not which lets me ensure I am meeting my nutritional needs/goals. To summarize- It tastes terrible but it works beautifully. Gulp it down and be an active participant in improving your health.
Review: Don't be a girly man! Great value. Great supplement. Not so great tasting. - This is a hardcore supplement for hardcore trainers / bodybuilders. These taste like you've licked the backside of donkey to be sure. You don't want to be a little girly man do you? As Hans and Frans once said... "hear me now, believe me later or I will make you drink the sweat of a dirty gym sock!" These provide exactly what they say they will, which is high quality EAA's for your body. More readily absorbed and used by muscle for protein than even the best food source. Here's the deal...you need to mix it up and chug it down. It is HORRID tasting but simple as that. If you can get past the taste you are rewarded by the benefits. I will also say this, after a few days it doesn't taste any better but you start to get used to it and it helps get it down. Another trick mix it a scoop in about 6-8 water. Don't try diluting it with more water. It won't help and just takes you longer to get it down. Lastly, this is is also a much more economical purchase than pills or tablets. You get the 8 essential amino's in 10g servings as suggested by many experts. Mixes easily and stays mixed.
