Nature's Life Glycine Powder | 400 g

I use this product 3 times a day on an empty stomach. The flavor is sweet and it dissolves quickly in water although I do put it in my coffee sometimes. I sleep great now; my brain isn’t spinning with my thoughts. It’s my sleep magic!!

Several years ago i read about all of the benefits of Glycine powder. I figured for the price it lasts a long time. so why not.
