Great price.Very realistic.Perfect size.Very delicate but not bubble wrapped in parcel?
Great price.Very realistic.Perfect size.I was surprised it wasn't bubble wrapped though as it is very delicate,so could easily bend or break. If you have wooden flooring behind your front door there is the potential for it to be damaged when posted,or damage before it even reaches your door. Some mentioned that the fake blood doesn't look that realistic, but I don't think its thats bad.I tried covering it with some fake blood to fill in the gaps but it won't stick to it.It just runs off? This will work very well with the rest of my costume.Very happy with it.It is slightly chipped around the edges and the knife part is a little bit bent, but no ones going to notice that because of how realistic it looks. In any case it was very cheap so it was never going to be perfect, but for the price it really does the job.I've seen dearer knives not look half as real as this one. When I used it for Halloween it looked that realistic I scared one poor little child, she said "please put away the sword!!".How cute.I scared her a bit too much!!

Flimsy and broken
Item arrived in flimsy packaging and was pushed through the letterbox. Needless to say it was snarled in two when I opened the outer packaging. The knife itself it of poor quality, is paper thin and brittle, if it had survived the postal service, I doubt it would have lasted the night without snapping!

Spooky stage knife
As described by the seller and arrived on time. Looks very like a normal kitchen knife (except for the fake blood) so very good for stage/film work where a safe replacement for an actual knife is needed. However, this is probably not such a good idea for taking out at halloween as it looks extremely real, and as such may get you into trouble.

Great for costumes
I bought this knife for a "Happy Death Day" costume. The knives I'd had or seen previously were all the wrong shape, colour or were more sword than knife. This is perfect and would genuinely be mistaken for a real blade. For under £10 for 2 of these, they're great value for money, made of a lightwieght plastic, well painted (although the blood's a little kooky ,with the metal part looking like metal. I've seen similar "Halloween" blades selling for £15 each.I took a photo, there's a normal knife from cutlery drawer on left, this knife in the middle, and a sharp chef style kithcn knife, complete with pie guts, on the right, this gives an idea of scale and colouring.Recommended

Badly packaged
Gave 1 star grudgingly. Delivery time good. However product arrived snapped in two. I would say poorly packaged (i.e) without cardboard that should have enabled no flexibility in the package therefore toy knife for Halloween, broken in half when delivered. Maybe more of an issue for who delivered it than the seller? An excited wee boy who opened the parcel, very disappointed.. Unhappy mum. Sorry, just a toy yes, cheap yes but still broken none the less so useless. Small bit of cardboard in the envelope would have helped.

Realistic addition to a Michael Myers costume and great fun
Great fun, this went with my husbands Michael Myers costume. It was so realistic I had to reassure a couple of people at the party we went to that it wasn’t real. The only reason for the four stars instead of five is that I’ve just ordered a replacement as the blade snapped.. this may have been due to its ‘use’ .. a fair few people did get ‘murdered’ with it lol..

Cheap and broken!
The knife came broken with no major signs of damage in the box, which tell you how fragile and cheap the item is. The money are not worth it and it feels and looks very cheap! I don't recommend this product as I am sure you could find a better one at the same price.Amazon now ask me to send the item back (clearly broken as you can see in the pic!), which will cost me time and money as I don't currently have a printer! Why can't I just get a refund once the picture clearly shows that the item is broken???

Nice product
Okay, so the fake blood on the end of the "knife" looks really naff so I used sand paper to remove it and then used silver Rub 'N Buff (available from Amazon). The result - people honestly cannot tell it from a real carving knife. A few drops of fake blood and then roll on Halloween.
