I’ve been struggling to bottle-feed my breastfed baby. Almost every nipple I tried caused her to cough, gag, or spit up milk. For my baby, the preemie nipple was too slow and the Level 1 was too fast. This nipple seems to be right in the middle, and it works perfectly for her. If you are a breastfeeding parent using Dr. Brown’s bottles, do yourself a favor and skip the "Level 1" nipples that come with the bottles. We found that the Level 1 flow was actually way too fast for our newborn, leading to gasping and "lazy" feeding habits. These "T" (Transition) nipples are the perfect solution. Better Value: I checked several local "big box" stores and this 6-pack is significantly cheaper than buying them in-store. It’s a great way to stock up without overpaying. If your newborn seems overwhelmed by the standard Level 1 nipple, try these first. They made paced bottle feeding much easier for us and kept our breastfeeding journey on track.

These bottle nipples work really well for my baby. The flow rate is just right — not too fast and not too slow — which makes feeding much easier. My baby adjusted to them quickly and seems comfortable while feeding. I also like that they help reduce air intake, so there’s less fussiness after feeding. Good quality and reliable.
