I was excited to find an off-brand Otterbox Defender in colors I wanted— red and black. However the red is really burgundy or pink, depending on the light source. I was hoping it would be Apple red to match some other accessories I have, but oh well. The build quality is fine. I think the interior shell is likely filament from a 3d printer, but the two halves of the shell fit snugly. The exterior (and most important part of the case) is solid quality rubber. I’m not worried about the port cover *ever* breaking off. Overall I give it a 4/5, only taking off a star for the “red” color. Ignore the stick-on ring in the last photo— these phones are murder on my pinkie so I use that thing to support it with my middle finger. It does not come with the case.
